• Please allow 5 working days for your case to be printed and dispatched.
• Delivery is 1-3 working days after dispatch.
• Suitcases are made to order and can not be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please get in touch with us if you have any problems.

*ONE YEAR WARRANTY:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only it does not cover any damage caused by transport damage caused by airlines, misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, scratches, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, and normal wear and tear.
Suitcases are thoroughly tested to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards. If a problem occurs and is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, we will either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The duration of the warranty is one year and applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.
Please check your suitcase upon arrival and if there are any manufacturing defects we will arrange and pay for the collection of the Product if we are informed of this problem within 7 days of delivery. Once the 7 days have expired you are responsible for costs of getting the case back yo us. Once we have received the product, if the warranty applies you will be notified as to whether the Product will be repaired or replaced.
